"Needed a new tire for my '97 Valkyrie, and after checking out internet prices, decided to check with Action... Not only did they have the size and brand I wanted, it was $25 - $50 less than the internet sites, and that was mounted on the wheel I took in!
Also needed a few parts (Driveline) and while not in stock, they had them the next day. They also matched a much lower internet price for the parts I ordered!

"Overall we had a very good experience. We were already set on buying our 2 first bikes at a different place when a friend told me about Action Power Sports. I called and talked to Anthony and explained that I was already set on buying some bikes, and that I wouldn't make the 1/2 hour drive down there unless he could sell me on the phone. Even though you guys didn't have the bikes we were looking for, Anthony spent about 1 hour on the phone with me (which was my first confidence builder. Most people wouldn't waste their time after telling them that you won't drive down there. But Anthony wanted to sell us the bikes), and shortly after hanging up the phone with him my wife and I were on our way down to you guys. Having to start all over at looking at the bikes since you guys didn't have what we were looking for, Anthony did a very good job at "showing" us bikes without "telling" us which bikes we "needed" like so many other sales people do. Well he got the sale, and we are very happy with our first bikes.
Keep up the good work.
PS: parts department could use just a little more work on their order tracking. Other than that, those guys were also very good about helping us pick decent riding gear."

"My family and I have purchased a total of four motorcyles in the last two years here and there will be another shortly. The sales people display a friendly but professional demeanor with a profound working knowledge of the products they represent. Instead of advertising hype you receive real world answers to questions about not only buying but long term service of each product. In the service department I have found an excellent resource. After years of doing my own work I've found a collection of techs who know how to service the equipment properly. These techs also understand why things must be the way they are versus just bolt it together and out the door. The service area is neat and clean which is the mark of a professional. When I leave one of my bikes for service I don't have to worry about it being treated with care. When you pick up the bike little things like fresh polish on the body work and windshield remind you where to come back in the future."
